Information & Special Duties

take charge of all hospital Information and publicity activities viz a viz media and press relations, preparation and publication of YabaNews magazine, provision of quarterly news bulletin of the hospital, also collaborate with SERVICOM to monitor all the service points of the hospital as well as serving as the Public Relations Office of the hospital.

 supervises the transport section of the hospital, ventures activities, and hospital utilities. Also sourcing of Corporate Social Responsibility  (CSR) from Organizations, Religious bodies and philanthropists, standing as enquiring hub for the hospital, covering hospital photography.

Manage the website, mails, and hospital social media handles.  Coordinates all training on Information Communication Technology  (ICT) as well as ensuring efficient and effective functioning of ICT facilities and network  in the hospital
