Medical Laboratory

The department is well-equipped with highly trained medical laboratory professionals and state-of-the-art equipment, to analyze biological samples (with appropriate quality control in place) in order to provide accurate, reliable results; and in a timely manner.

Sub-units under the department are: 

• Haematology
• Serology, 
• Microbiology
• Molecular Biology
• Parasitology Hormone Assay and 
• Chemical Pathology units.
