Physiotherapy

The Physiotherapy Unit of Federal NeuroPsychiatric Hospital Yaba, Lagos, accredited by National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) started at Harvey Road Health Club in December 1999, with just a few equipment. Today, it has developed into a well- equipped gymnasium with few specialisation in Paediatric, Neurology and Mental Health. 

With supportive staffs, the physiotherapists don't only focus on these specialties but also focus on cardiopulmonary, orthopaedics, Geriatrics, Women Health e.t.c.

The standard operating procedure of the unit are as follows:

• Child and Adolescent centre , Oshodi annexe.
• Staff/ clients ( gym and lawn tennis).

Servicom is operational in the unit, thus ensuring reduced waiting time for patients/ clients.
Licences of Physiotherapists are renewed annually and all staff exhibit decorum while attending to patients/ clients as well as prospective members.
